Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency
- Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
- Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
- Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews
- Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates
- Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
- Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
- Ability to be in person in our London office, Monday - Thursday

Eligibility Criteria
Open to experienced Recruiting Coordinators, with in-person presence required for work in London.
