Key Responsibilities
- Structure and present finance and insurance options tailored to each customer
- Build rapport quickly and translate customer needs into the right solution
- Partner with the sales team to deliver a seamless purchase experience
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party finance companies and suppliers
- Maximise every sales opportunity while ensuring compliant, customer-first advice
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in automotive, finance or insurance sales
- Knowledge of lending or insurance practices in automotive, banking or finance
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
- Full NZ drivers licence (or international equivalent)
- Previous F&I experience in a dealership environment
Working Conditions
- $175K+ OTE - base salary, company car, KiwiSaver and performance-based variable earnings
