Role Summary
DT Global is seeking Pacific-based professionals for short-term technical advisory opportunities in labour mobility from September 2026 to December 2028.

Essential Experience and Knowledge
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across government, regional organisations and development partners.
- Demonstrated experience working in labour mobility programmes or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience working within Pacific contexts.
- Experience working with government stakeholders to design, implement or support policies, strategies, programmes or initiatives.
- Experience in one or more of the workstreams outlined above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in public policy, governance, international development or a related field.
- Experience working across multiple Pacific countries.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand RSE scheme or similar labour mobility initiatives.
