Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. The Nigeria program, established in 2018, is headquartered in Minna, Niger state. We're currently serving over 100,000 unique farmers across the state via our inputs on credit 'Core' program, inputs on cash 'Retail' program, and have a free tree seedling distribution 'Agroforestry' program. The Nigeria Recruitment Specialist will represent the Global Recruitment team in Minna, Nigeria. They will coordinate with the in-country HR team to fill high-volume openings for the country program as we expand and will manage additional Recruitment support if needed.

As soon as possible
- 4 -7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage 10–12 diverse recruitment pipelines from initial screening through to final offer.
- Act as a trusted Business Partner to Hiring Managers, influencing decisions and managing expectations effectively.
- A strong customer-service mindset to guide candidates empathetically through a demanding, multi-step hiring process.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian talent landscape, local hiring nuances, and regional sourcing channels.
