Join Paires as a Portfolio Partner, managing client relationships and capital raises with a remote work model.
Working Conditions
Fully remote. Your day overlaps with US Eastern time, since that is when your clients and their investors are live. Meetings across the company batch on Mondays and Thursdays; your client rhythm runs on its own cadence. A client-facing seat reporting directly to both co-founders, real ownership of the client book, and relationships that produce visible outcomes.
