Join Kvinna till Kvinna as a Finance Officer in Amman, overseeing financial operations and supporting women's rights programs.
About the Organisation
As Finance Officer, you will work closely with finance and administrative colleagues, programme staff, partner organisations, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.
The role combines day-to-day office financial management with programme and partner financial support.
The position is based in Amman and reports to the Regional Director, also based in Amman.
To be successful in this role, we believe you are committed to high standards of accuracy and compliance, while being able to manage multiple priorities. You combine your analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues. You are able to identify risks and inconsistencies, find practical solutions with a proactive approach, and work collaboratively in a complex and international environment.
