Minimum Requirements
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Chinese Mandarin with the ability to negotiate and build professional commercial partnerships.
- Proven new business acquisition: Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of actively targeting new business and consistently delivering against demanding commercial targets.
- Commercial negotiation skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle negotiations, understand marketplace economics, and structure profitable, sustainable deals.
- Autonomy and field-based resilience: A self-motivated, tenacious approach with the ability to work independently and spend significant time out on the road meeting prospects.
- Right to work: Valid and current right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Additional language skills: Professional command or working knowledge of Cantonese.
- Mobility requirement: Possession of a valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle to facilitate travel across surrounding regions.
