Minimum Requirements
- Experience in project implementation, field coordination, market systems development, inclusive business, community activation, or private-sector partnership work
- Strong coordination skills with private-sector actors, community groups, and local stakeholders
- Experience working with lower-income communities, housing, construction, retail related interventions is preferred
- Ability to organize trainings, community sessions, partner meetings, and field activities
- Ability to design or use simple monitoring tools and consolidate field data
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze operational and business viability signals from pilot activities
- Familiarity with Cebu context and ability to communicate in Cebuano is preferred
- Practical understanding of hardware, construction materials, housing improvement, or pest/termite control markets is an advantage
