• Proven Project Experience: You've successfully managed complex People project lifecycles in a global setting (whether in the INGO or commercial sector).
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You'll have extensive experience with workforce analytics and planning for organisational growth.
• Change Management: Experience leading organisations through transformational change rapid growth or restructuring.
• A Great Communicator & Facilitator: You build trust easily, bring people together across different cultures, and communicate with clarity and warmth.
• *Role location: This role can be based in any country where Tearfund is registered and legally allowed to employ staff.
• *Hybrid working for UK candidates: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Tearfund Teddington office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
• *Contract: This is a part time role, working 28 hours per week and salary will be market related and based on location.
• The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding issues. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.*
