About the Organisation
This role is primarily based in Warkworth, with two days per week working from our Albany branch. You will play an important part in supporting warehouse operations and customer deliveries across the Auckland and Rodney regions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, delivery driving, or the trade industry will be highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- A current forklift licence.
- A clean, valid driver’s licence.
- Confidence driving a long-wheelbase manual van.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 25kg and remain active throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time position, working approximately 50 hours per week between 6:30am and 5:30pm.
- Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods.
- Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect stock.
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse organisation.
- Loading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Delivering products to customers throughout the greater Auckland and Rodney regions.
- Providing professional and friendly customer service during deliveries.
- Operating a forklift safely and responsibly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assisting with customer enquiries and supporting the wider team as required.
