- First deliverable – Approved research design, including the proposed methodology and outline of the report, and an initial identification of stakeholders to be engaged in the data-gathering process. - First instalment payment - Deliverable by 1 September 2026
- Second deliverable – Approved first draft of the research output, based on completed data-gathering and analysis, and with revisions based on feedback from the project team – Deliverable by 16 November 2026
- Third deliverable – Completion of the validation process with stakeholders, in accordance with the approved research design – Deliverable by 11 December 2026
- Final deliverable – Finalized research report (maximum of 80 pages including any Annexes), including a set of concrete policy recommendations, with revisions based on feedback from the project team – Fourth and Final instalment payment - Deliverable by 31 January 2027
