Role Summary
Join the Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression as a Researcher focusing on enhancing youth participation in transitional justice processes in Syria.
About the Organisation
Provide a detailed implementation timeline covering all stages of the assignment, including preparation of the roundtables, implementation, development of the two policy papers, and submission of the final deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in transitional justice, legal reform, or public policy development.
- Proven experience in preparing policy papers, research studies, or analytical reports related to transitional justice, the rule of law, or legal reforms.
- Demonstrated experience in designing or facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, national consultations, or participatory dialogue processes.
- Strong knowledge of the Syrian context, including transitional justice processes and relevant national stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to formulate evidence-based policy recommendations.
- Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Residence in Syria or ability to travel to Syria during the implementation period.
