- Ensure compliance of mobile and web product content, as well as marketing materials, with applicable regulations and platform policies (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Consult cross-functional teams on platform requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance best practices
- Monitor updates in platform policies and regulatory frameworks, proactively adapting internal processes and workflows
- Develop internal compliance policies, checklists, guidelines, and educational materials
- Conduct compliance trainings and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
- Protect the company’s intellectual property rights by identifying and reporting infringing content
- Perform ad hoc research related to compliance, platform policies, regulations, and industry trends
- Support the day-to-day operations of the compliance department and collaborate closely with product, marketing, support, and legal teams
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or related areas and/or a degree in Law
- Advanced written and spoken English (B2+)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excitement in working with policies, regulations, and large volumes of information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of intellectual property protection and enforcement processes
- Basic understanding of consumer protection principles and subscription-related regulations
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-starter, go-getter, and multitasker thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Systematic and detail-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in compliance or a related field and a degree in Law are preferred.
