Role Summary
AATF seeks expressions of interest for Trustee Observers to enhance governance and strategic oversight. Candidates with expertise in agriculture and leadership are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Potential candidates shall be expected to attend one in-person and one virtual Board meeting to perform tasks and support strategic engagements as needed. Additionally, they shall participate in at least one meeting of any of the following Committees:
- Programme Development and Commercialization;
- Nominating and Governance;
- Audit and Risk;
- Resource Mobilization and Sustainability; and
- Ad hoc Task Forces
