Role Summary
Join the International Rescue Committee as an Operations Specialist, overseeing office operations and ensuring compliance for the Sacramento office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, donors, job candidates, and other IRC stakeholders at front desk with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate and refer walk-in clients to appropriate programs.
- Answer calls, manage general email account, and respond to walk-in inquiries.
- Complete I-9 verifications with new hires.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Prior people management experience preferred.

- *Compensation: (Pay Rate: $26-$27/hr). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
