Minimum Requirements
- Proven new business acquisition: Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of actively targeting new business and consistently delivering against demanding commercial targets.
- Commercial negotiation skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle negotiations and structure profitable, sustainable deals.
- Autonomy and field-based resilience: A self-motivated, tenacious approach with the ability to work independently and spend significant time out on the road meeting prospects.
- Effective relationship building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse business owners and present product value clearly.
- Mobility requirement: Possession of a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to facilitate travel across the North East and Yorkshire region.
- Industry sector knowledge: Prior experience or a deep understanding of the economics of hospitality, food delivery, or high-growth marketplace operations.
