AIPJ3 is seeking a qualified subcontractor to design, develop and maintain the AIPJ3 website. Interested organizations are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals along with all supporting documentation specified in this Request for Proposal.

The objective of the website development and maintenance aims to serve as an official platform to communicate AIPJ3’s identity, messages, and values that increase visibility (awareness) toward the program, and to document and disseminate AIPJ3’s progress, learning, and impact that lead to more positive sentiment (perception) toward the program. The key objectives for website providers are:

1\. Deliver a modern, responsive, bilingual website built to current standards and best practices.

2\. Ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility guidelines.

3\. Achieve strong Core Web Vitals scores (LCP, INP, CLS) to support organic search performance.

4\. Support content updates on weekly basis

5\. Integrate analytics, consent management, and privacy-compliant tracking

6\. Establish a secure, scalable hosting environment with documented maintenance and support

7\. procedures including regular content uploads.

8\. Complete all phases within the agreed timeline and budget
