About the Organisation
As a Global Enterprise Consultant - Emerging Technologies, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers, resellers, vendors, and internal teams design and deliver innovative technology solutions that solve complex business challenges.
In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with a consultative approach, helping customers evaluate and implement solutions across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and other emerging enterprise technologies. You'll play a key role in translating business needs into practical, scalable technology strategies that drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers, resellers, vendors, and TD SYNNEX teams to design and deliver emerging technology solutions aligned to business goals.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer requirements, technical challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Develop and present solution architectures, Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, implementation plans, and technical recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
- Support proof-of-concept activities, solution validation, staging, configuration, and deployment planning.
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution to support successful customer outcomes.
- Manage multiple customer engagements while meeting commitments, timelines, and service-level objectives.
- Build strong relationships across customer, reseller, vendor, and internal stakeholder groups.
- Participate in executive briefings, customer presentations, and technology strategy discussions.
- Deliver technical enablement, workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, vendor innovations, certifications, industry trends, AI-enabled solutions, automation, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and advanced enterprise technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- 7+ years experience
- minimum of two industry-recognized technical certifications
