Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Rural Development or related discipline.

  • Extensive experience in agricultural recovery, resilience programming and value chain development.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and coordination skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with government institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Syria, including to field locations, when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant technical software related to the applicant's area of expertise.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
