Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Rural Development or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Proven experience with EU-funded programmes, UN agencies or INGOs.
- Extensive experience in agricultural recovery, resilience programming and value chain development.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Master's degree in Economics, Agribusiness,
- Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in market systems development, agribusiness and economic recovery programmes.
- Experience working with donor-funded agricultural projects is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure rehabilitation projects financed by international donors.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards and construction supervision.
- Master's degree in Irrigation Engineering, Water Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in irrigation systems, water management and climate adaptation projects.
- Experience in fragile and conflict-affected contexts is an asset.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in livelihoods, MSMEs, local economic development and market-based programming.
- Experience with EU-funded or international development programmes is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated experience working with government institutions, institutional reform and donor-funded governance programmes.

- Experience integrating environmental sustainability and social inclusion into donor-funded programmes.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Master's degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences,
- Development Studies, Human Rights, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in gender mainstreaming within humanitarian and development programmes.
- Proven experience with EU-funded programmes, UN agencies, Expertise France, or international NGOs.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated experience working in Syria or other fragile and conflict-affected contexts is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with EU-funded programmes, Expertise France, UN agencies, international NGOs (INGOs), or other international development partners is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian, recovery, resilience, and area-based development approaches.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting technical assessments, feasibility studies, strategic planning, and preparation of high-quality technical reports.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with government institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Syria, including to field locations, when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant technical software related to the applicant's area of expertise.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
