Business QA Engineer / UAT

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve test quality and reliability from a business perspective
- Analyse test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with product teams to resolve issues
- Validate workflows with a business-focus to confirm the solution meets business needs
- Provide clear and concise demonstrations to stakeholders
- Ensure that the UAT environment, data, and processes accurately reflect production conditions
- Prepare, coordinate, support User Acceptance Testing and manage issues based on business impact
- Actively identify opportunities to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency
- Learn and work with Playwright or Cypress (and other modern automation tools)
- Manage automated tests (UI, API, integration, end-to-end)
- 3+ years of business/UAT QA experience with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset
- Show awareness of the system structure to diagnose issues
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of product quality
- Demonstrate agility in learning and applying new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Tour Operations or Destination Management
- Experience in software testing, ideally in a web-based environment
