Key Responsibilities
- Own high-priority projects end to end on behalf of the founders, from customer pilots and field deployments to internal tooling and process automation.
- Get hands-on with hardware – preparing and assembling sensor and compute kits, moving machines and equipment, and supporting installation, testing, and demos on-site.
- Build the analysis behind key decisions – unit economics, pricing, market sizing, and machine performance data – pulling and cleaning the data yourself.
- Prepare material for investors, grant programmes, and customers, and work across engineering, commercial, and operations teams to unblock execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field – a combination of the above is ideal.
- Able to ship working software with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor – scripts, prototypes, and automations – with enough Python and SQL to review, debug, and trust what comes out.
- Valid category B driving licence, and the willingness to drive to customer sites, transport equipment, and move machines and hardware.
- Evidence of getting things done without supervision – a startup, a side project, a student venture, or a demanding internship.
- Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate), happy to work on-site, and comfortable spending time in a workshop and around heavy machinery in operation.
- Practical workshop experience – wiring, mechanical assembly, prototyping, or vehicle work, whether from a robotics team, Formula Student, or personal projects.
- Exposure to robotics, autonomous systems, machine learning, or industrial hardware.
- Experience operating vans, trailers, forklifts, or heavy equipment, or a willingness to be trained.
- Practical experience building internal tools, dashboards, or automations with modern AI tooling.
- Working knowledge of German, and interest in customers in mining, construction, or heavy industry.

Eligibility Criteria
