About the Organisation
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own n8n's enterprise marketing engine from the ground up, turning demand generation, account-based marketing, and field marketing into a predictable, scalable pipeline machine for our enterprise motion.
As our first Enterprise Marketing Director/VP, you'll build the muscle that doesn't exist yet at n8n today, working hand-in-hand with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and DevRel to turn n8n's product-led momentum into enterprise pipeline:

You'll be the first person to own enterprise marketing at n8n, with a mandate from our VP Marketing and VP Sales leadership to build the function from the ground up, not inherit someone else's playbook. n8n's enterprise product-market fit is real, and the window to capture it is now: you'll have direct influence on pipeline, positioning, and how our AI-native platform shows up to the enterprise buyers who are increasingly where our growth comes from. You'll join a remote-first team growing ARR 10x year over year, backed by $58M in funding including Sequoia's first seed in Germany and a Series B led by Highland, with the autonomy to build a real team around you.
