About the Organisation
You’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through from contract award to handover. You build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors, stay on top of the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and know how to keep projects moving safely, on time and within budget.
You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience delivering commercial construction projects, strong knowledge of GC21 (or similar Head Contractor contracts), and confidence managing design coordination, procurement, subcontractors, project finances, variations and compliance. You’re commercially astute, an effective communicator, and someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where you’re trusted to make decisions.
This is a genuine end-to-end Project Manager role where you’ll take ownership of commercial construction projects from award through to completion. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, coordinating design, managing procurement, programming, financial performance, quality, safety and compliance, while working closely with site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
You’ll have the autonomy to run your projects while being supported by an experienced team that values collaboration and delivering quality outcomes.
