Role Summary
World Vision seeks a Chief of Party for a global emergency response project, requiring significant leadership experience and authorization to work in the USA.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience serving as Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Project Director, or similar senior leadership role for publicly funded large humanitarian programs.
- Experience managing sub-grants and contracts under grants for complex projects.
- Experience of leading large and diverse teams.
- Experience working with local, international, and community organizations.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian coordination mechanisms and UN clusters.
- Experience leading programs valued at more than USD $100 million.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing alliances with the private sector and faith-based partners is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Sphere Standards, IPC analysis, food security assessments, and nutrition programming.
- A master’s degree in international development, business administration, non-profit management or related a concentration from an accredited U.S. college or university, or international equivalent.

- Strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English.

The posted hiring salary range reflects pay for U.S. locations and is determined using market data and internal compensation guidelines. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, and applicable laws.
