Join Wiltshire Council as a Family Navigator to support families in East Wiltshire and enhance community connections with a part-time role.

relationships with libraries, schools and other family hub colleagues using your
growing knowledge of local services and activities to confidently navigate
families to find the right support, ensuring they can access what’s available in
their community.

As a Family Navigator, you will be a key part of the local community support
network, helping families access the right services at the right time. You will
work across Family Hub flagship buildings and community venues, acting as a
visible, approachable presence for families and partner organisations.
