About the Organisation
As a Compensation & Benefits Lead within the Total Rewards team, you will support the delivery of the organisation's global compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programmes. This is a specialist, individual contributor role where you will provide key expertise and analytical support to ensure our reward practices remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and closely aligned with our talent and business objectives.
Working within a highly collaborative HR function, you will partner closely with Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across multiple geographies to deliver reward initiatives that enhance employee attraction, retention, and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in major global projects, including HR technology implementations, organisational redesigns, and reward harmonisation initiatives, while directly influencing strategic workforce decisions through data-driven insights.

Minimum Requirements
NICE TO HAVES
- Proven experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Reward
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end annual compensation review cycles.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and familiarity with market data providers such as Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, or Radford
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex numerical data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reward data analysis alongside practical experience working with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across HR and business leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and the utmost discretion when handling highly confidential information.
- Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation with exposure to global compensation and benefits practices.
- CIPD qualification or an equivalent professional HR accreditation.
- Technical experience with HR platforms like Hi-Bob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
