• Own the Identity Experience End-to-End: You will architect and build complex, user-facing features across our identity stack. You will own business-critical systems from the initial problem definition through to architectural design, deployment, and production reliability. You measure success by user impact, not just pull requests merged
• Build for "Consumer-Grade" Enterprise: You understand that authentication and authorization systems cannot fail. You build for reliability and maintainability, while delivering a user-friendly experience. You will lead incident response, and continuously raise the bar on code quality and operational health

You will lead designs, scoping, shaping, and solving hard product and technical challenges in collaboration with your team and other engineers
• Drive Technical Pragmatism: Whether using our core stack (C#/.NET Core, Kubernetes, Postgres) or exploring new tools, you choose the technology that solves the customer problem most effectively, ensuring long-term maintainability over short-term trends.
