Role Summary
Join Lassie as a Compliance and Legal Manager in London and help shape compliance frameworks in the insurtech space, with hybrid working options available.
Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles, preferably within insurance, financial services, fintech or insurtech
- Good understanding of UK financial services regulation, including FCA rules and expectations
- Experience working with policies, procedures, regulatory frameworks and compliance documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a scale-up, international and evolving environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience within an insurance intermediary, broker or MGA
- Exposure to multi-country or group-level compliance
- Prior involvement in licensing or regulatory authorisation processes
