The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).

The position requires the availability to travel both within and outside Jordan and work flexible hours.

Amideast provides covered training opportunities for its staff within its current portfolio of offered services and that it invests in the advancement of its staff’s capabilities and skills to better perform at their roles.

  • Follow up on calls and inquiries and respond to customer requests or deliver requests to the relevant department or position for the fee-for-service young learners' summer and winter camp programs
  • Ensure direct outreach emails to school administrators, teachers and parents are shared and respond to enquiries and collect interest forms
  • Update the database of school staff and parents for future communications and marketing efforts for the T&P department
  • Achieve 20 enrollments or more for each young learner program
  • Propose and lead on data collection to allow Amideast to launch new thematic young learner programs integrating past and existing capabilities including, but not limited to: STEM, journalism and media, entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Launch and monitor the performance of teachers for ‘young leaners programs in the summer and winter vacations, collect data and administer surveys and follow-up engagement activities with enrolled students
  • Take insights and lessons learned from program implementation, challenges, and successful customer attraction channels
  • Produce a recommendation report to management to enhance:
  • Use insights to summarize recommendations for improvements
  • Support business development efforts of the SM through market mapping to summarize youth grants and funding opportunities suitable for Amideast
  • Support in concept note drafting for youth grants
