Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of people partner or HR business partner experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-region companies
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, and/or G&A orgs is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build high-trust relationships with managers and leaders, and to show up as a credible, strategic partner
- Strong judgment in navigating employee situations with speed, structure, and genuine care
- Understanding of the cultural and employment landscape across key European markets
- Comfortable working across time zones and geographies — you understand what it takes to bridge a global company and bring people together
- Experience partnering with other People teams and business partners like Finance and Recruiting
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and figure out and build the right solutions with cross-functional partners, not just execute established processes
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate proactively with independence
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Prior exposure to compensation review processes or pay equity analysis
- Experience in a compound startup, multi-product company, or post-acquisition environment
