- 5–8 years in eCommerce, Growth, or Product Management.
- Proven delivery track record - you own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Strong cross-functional communicator across Sales, Engineering, and Product.
- Execution-focused with monetization experience a plus.
