Role Summary
Join Dentalcare Group as a Clinical Mentor Dentist in Winterbourne, guiding overseas-qualified dentists within the NHS system in a flexible role.
About the Organisation
As a Dental Educational Supervisor, you will:
Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule)
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas-qualified dentists
Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction
Attend relevant training and meetings as required

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice
