Minimum Requirements
● Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience in research, analysis, humanitarian programming, or related fi elds;
● Academic or practical exposure to fragile, confl ict-aff ected, or humanitarian contexts;
● Strong research and analytical skills, including desk-based research;
● Professional proficiency in Tagalog and English;
● Experience in Mindanao and/or knowledge of the Mindanao/BARMM context;
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Development Studies, Economics, Conflict Studies, or a related discipline;
● Strong writing and communication skills;
● Attention to detail and ability to work with structured guidance;
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with humanitarian or development actors and frameworks;
● Experience with data visualization or research tools;
