Role Summary
Join Spillar Lakefront Services as an Office Manager/Operations Manager in Briarcliff, TX, overseeing daily operations and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and client communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage scheduling for staff, meetings, events, and appointments using calendar management tools to optimize productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to foster team growth and efficiency.
- Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, payroll processing using financial software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Maintain confidential information with integrity while managing filing systems, record keeping, and document organization.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and assisting with employee relations.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Proven experience in office management or operations management with a strong background in administrative roles.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets and other organizational tools.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or comparable financial software; strong bookkeeping skills are essential.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including payroll processing and employee onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event planning, vendor negotiations, budgeting, filing systems, and office procedures.
