Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the development, implementation, compliance, and completion of all service grants and contracts.
- Oversee program budgets and manage expenses to ensure costs are maintained within allocated budgets.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of services and programmatic data to donors and all relevant parties.
- Responsible for the development of grant proposals and reports related to all areas of contracts and grants within the department.
- Satisfy recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
- Use personal, insured vehicle and/or public transportation (where available) to travel and transport clients and materials as needed throughout the service delivery area.
- May train and lead the activities of volunteers and interns (including potentially MSW students if applicable).
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health or related field of study required. Graduate Degree encouraged.

- A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities.
- Occasional domestic (non-local) travel required; up to 10%.
- May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- *Compensation: ($66,068-74,202 Annually). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements
