Join ubitricity as a Network Performance Manager in London, driving operational improvements for one of the UK's largest EV charging networks.
About the Organisation
At ubitricity, we make charging simple — and so is working with us. As part of our Operations Team, you'll play a key role in maximising the performance and utilisation of one of the UK's largest public EV charging networks.
As the Network Performance Manager, you will act as the operational owner of a portfolio of boroughs and charging assets, ensuring the network delivers strong utilisation, operational performance, and customer outcomes. You'll be the primary point of contact for councils and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters, contract performance, coordinating responses to requests such as relocations, site improvements, and asset-performance challenges.
Using data, operational expertise, and technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure, you'll identify underperforming assets, understand root causes, and drive targeted interventions that improve network utilisation, asset reliability, and customer experience. You will also support the evaluation and implementation of technical solutions that improve network performance and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing operational performance, asset performance, or network performance within an infrastructure, utility, transport, or technology environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
- Experience working with utilisation, performance, or operational KPIs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to assess technical challenges and develop practical, data-led solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Experience working with operational performance, asset management, network management, or service delivery environment and working closely with Maintenance teams.
- Experience producing performance reports and presenting findings to clients
- Familiarity with public-sector or local-authority environments would be advantageous
- Experience within EV charging, energy, highways, transport, telecoms, utilities, or related infrastructure sectors is desirabl
- Knowledge of DNO processes, grid connections, electrical infrastructure or public realm deployment.
- Experience working with product, hardware or ecosystem management teams.
