Event Technican (f/m/x)

Join Enpal as an Event Technician, where you'll support live, hybrid, and online events with your technical expertise in audiovisual technology.

• You will provide technical support for live, hybrid and online events, from preparation to completion.
• You will be responsible for setting up and configuring audio, video and streaming technology
• You will also configure virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom and MS Teams) and provide on-site support to participants
• Your responsibilities include the coordination of presentation setups and the management of various sources (split screen, presenter view). You also ensure a clear display on projectors and screens
• You will be responsible for setting up stable connections and smooth signal paths (audio, video and network)
• You carry out technical checks and test runs and react confidently to any faults that occur during live operation
• You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams, actively contributing your knowledge to project coordination
• You are responsible for the regular maintenance of the equipment and for keeping the software and hardware up to date

• You have practical experience of working with professional event and media technology
• You have a good basic knowledge of cameras (e.g. Blackmagic), image mixers (e.g. ATEM Mini Extreme) and live streaming technologies (e.g. RTMP), and are keen to develop your expertise in this field
• You are also familiar with audio technology, including microphone setups, signal routing and analogue/digital mixing consoles
• You are familiar with common connection technologies (HDMI, XLR, PoE and Ethernet), and you know how to use them efficiently
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and remain calm in live situations.
• - You are a strong team player and communicator with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You have fluent knowledge of either German or English (C1 or C2)
