Finance Controller - International (HQ)

Join INTERSOS as a Finance Controller - International, supporting global humanitarian efforts from a home-based HQ with potential field missions.

• Ensure the regular technical update and synchronization of foreign accounting in the accounting software on a monthly basis.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial statements relating to projects and missions, ensuring completion by the second quarter of the following year.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director on HQ audit activities, acting as a technical point of contact to respond to queries from external auditors.
• Liaise and work in coordination with various teams to perform financial analysis and draft intermediate reports summarizing foreign accounting data.
• Analyze and conduct studies to evaluate financial actions, recommending adjustments to accounting processes, and providing technical advice and improvements.
• Support and facilitate the alignment of financial processes and accounting system rules across departments (HQ and Region), providing technical guidance to the INTERSOS Regional Team on system usage.

• Accommodation: Accommodation is not applicable
• R&R: Rest and Recuperation (R&R) is not applicable.
• Annual Leave: 2.5 days per month

• Transportation and visa: Round-trip flights. For missions lasting at *least 9 months,* an additional flight ticket to the Country of residence and return to the mission will also be provided.
• Induction: one week of online induction before the deployment
