Regional HR officer, SEA F/M

Join Fondation Mérieux as a Regional HR Officer in Vientiane, Laos, overseeing HR operations across Southeast Asia.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, preferably in an international environment and/or NGO sector.
• Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance; experience working across multiple countries is an asset.
• Proficient in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office; experience with Lucca is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Fluent in Laos and English; Other Asian local language or French language skills would be an advantage.

• WORK LOCATION:
• Our headquarters are located in Vientiane. Regular travels to Cambodia or Myanmar can be required.
• Work environment: open-plan or shared offices.
• COMPENSATION COMPONENTS:
• A gross base salary spread over 12 months, determined based on level of experience.
• A13th-month bonus paid in December
• A performance-based bonus paid in March.
• Coverage under an employee health insurance plan for the employee and their family.
• WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:
• Part time position, 3 days / 24 hours per week
