Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a sportsbook trading or bookmaking role, with comprehensive knowledge of UK sports markets
- Demonstrated practical experience in compiling odds across diverse sports and market types, including specials and novelties
- Strong familiarity with racing markets, daily odds, and robust risk management processes
- Ability to expertly interpret team news, media narratives, and live event data to craft commercially attractive, narrative-driven offers
- Comfortable and adept at working within a structured rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
- In-depth knowledge of BetBuilder products and in-play trading workflows
- Experience working with or integrating automated and managed trading service platforms
- Exposure to sportsbook product management, including lobby and content configuration
- Experience in supporting or contributing to analytical or strategic functions within a betting operation
