Role Summary
Trócaire seeks a Programme Quality Coordinator in Damascus, Syria, to enhance program quality and results-based management with local partners.
About the Organisation
In collaboration with the MEAL Manager, the Programme Quality (PQ) Coordinator will:
- Contribute to organisational learning exercises (e.g., reviews, reflection events, MTR processes) by supporting evidence gathering, analysis, and synthesis of findings.
- Document and disseminate lessons learned from partner activities, approaches, methodologies, tools, and training resources developed at country and/or organisational level.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing with the Global MEAL Team by supporting the documentation and sharing of country-level learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Programme Impact & Learning and Programme teams to deliver team objectives.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by the line manager consistent with the nature and level of the post.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, development studies, social sciences or any other related field.
Working Conditions
The job opportunity will be offered, initially, on a fixed term contract of *one year* and is based in *Damascus Syria (Hybrid Modality)*
