Fully remote. This position operates in real time across the founders' working day rather than asynchronously. Meetings across the company batch on Mondays and Thursdays, and you are the one who maintains that rhythm. The best AI tooling, paid (Claude Code, Cursor, top models). Direct trust from both co-founders, full visibility into the company, and a position that grows as the company does.
