Minimum Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills — building and integrating APIs and services and taking them from prototype to production.
- Proficiency in Python & SQL, with a strong understanding of data and software development principles in either a backend or full stack environment.
- Someone who is AI proficient,, you will be hungry to embrace what the latest technology has to offer to enhance yours and your teams productivity
- Great communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code within tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience: A track record of building and shipping software or internal tools, ideally including data-heavy products, automation or AI applications.
- Familiarity with the payments industry, ideally acceptance rates, issuing or fraud, or a strong appetite to learn the domain quickly.
- Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, prometheus…
- Experience with Databases like Postgresql, Mongo, Redis, ...
- Frontend or dashboarding experience (e.g. React, Streamlit) for building internal interfaces.
