Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join Avenir Collective as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll manage the full recruitment process for a diverse range of roles in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, across a range of roles, levels and teams.In-house recruitment experience is ideal - you understand hiring as a partner to the business, not just filling a brief. However, we will consider those moving internally from agency.
• A strong direct sourcer, who keeps up to date with current methods and is comfortable using AI tools in your workflow.
• Genuinely autonomous - you take a brief and run with it and can point to results you’ve delivered.
• A confident communicator who partners well with people at all levels and keeps the process moving
• Organised and data-minded, with an eye for clean process and reporting.

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 GBP per year
• 30 days holiday + 8 UK bank holidays
• Pension contribution Scheme – 5% from you, 3% from us.
