3iS is a non-for-profit organization which provides information management services to humanitarian and development organizations. Through information management, we help our partners target assistance to the world’s most vulnerable populations, and we support local authorities and institutions to enhance their capacities and become autonomous in their internal data and information management activities.
Working Conditions
- Job Title: IT Officer (Global)
- Duty Station: Home based / remote
- Type of Contract: Individual Consultant or Firm/Company
- Expected Starting Date: As soon as possible
- Duration of the Contract: 12 months (renewable)
- Remuneration: 3,000 USD/month (individual consultant), or equivalent monthly service fee if contracted as a firm/company

- Individual consultants must personally meet all Education, Experience, Languages, and Skills requirements listed below, and must personally perform the duties described in this Terms of Reference.
- Firms/companies must be legally registered entities and must nominate a single named individual to be assigned to this position, who must personally meet all Education, Experience, Languages, and Skills requirements listed below. In addition, the firm must demonstrate relevant institutional experience providing similar IT/technical services, ideally to NGOs or international organizations, and must provide proof of legal registration and any other administrative documentation requested in the application process.
- If the firm's assigned individual becomes unavailable during the contract, the firm must propose a replacement of at least equivalent qualifications and experience for 3iS' approval, ensuring continuity of service.
