Protection Information Management Officer
Role Summary
Join the Danish Refugee Council as a Protection Information Management Officer to enhance the quality and use of protection data in Uganda's programs.
About the Organisation
In this position, you are expected to demonstrate DRC’s five core competencies:
- To be successful in this role, you must have at least 4 year’s experience working with MEAL/Information Management functions and supporting programme reporting processes. Moreover, we also expect the following.
- Required*
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Demography, Public Health, Social Sciences or related field.
- Good understanding of humanitarian protection programming, including GBV, CP, CBP and Legal Aid.
- Training or certification in PIM, data protection, Information Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or data analysis
- Knowledge of GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS/GBVIMS+) and/or Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS+/Primero) .
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Advanced excel, Activityinfo, KoboTool box, and any statistical analysis software
- Knowledge of written & spoken English
