Talent Acquisition Partner, Data Centers
Role Summary
Detailed description available on the official website.
About the Organisation
Behind every megawatt we bring online is a team on the ground: the people who design, build, deploy, and operate our data centers. As we expand internationally, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to run recruitment across this portfolio. If you already know the data center world, you'll feel at home here from day one.
This is a hands-on role at the core of our data center hiring. You'll work closely with our TA team and hiring managers to fill roles across the full spectrum of data center and infrastructure positions, from technical project managers and deployment engineers to site leads and data center technicians. One week you're closing a project manager, the next you're building a technician pipeline for a new location.
You'll own your searches end to end, source the candidates who never apply, and help build talent pipelines in our locations ahead of demand. When a new site goes live, it's because the team you hired is there to run it. Few recruiting roles let you see your work this concretely.
Key Responsibilities
Run end-to-end recruitment processes for data center and infrastructure roles, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Source actively through outreach, networking, and talent mapping, engaging passive candidates in markets where the best people are not applying.
Help build and maintain talent pipelines across our current and upcoming locations, so we have access to great candidates before hiring demand arises.
Recruit across a wide range of profiles from professional and engineering roles to hands-on site and technician positions, adapting your sourcing and screening approach to each.
Work closely with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, structure interviews, and keep processes moving without surprises.
Keep pipelines, candidate data, and hiring metrics up to date and use them to spot where a search needs a different approach.
Contribute to improving our hiring playbooks, interview frameworks, and candidate experience as we scale.
Minimum Requirements
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, in-house or agency, ideally within a technology, infrastructure, or industrial environment
Experience recruiting technical or operational roles end to end, from intake through offer
Hands-on sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates through direct outreach
Ability to run multiple searches in parallel and keep them organized and moving
Clear, proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers
Structured way of working: documented pipelines, no dropped candidates, no surprises at offer stage
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things change
Experience recruiting for data centers, colocation, energy, construction, telecom, or other heavy infrastructure sectors
Experience recruiting hands-on operational profiles (site-based, shift-based, or field roles)
Experience hiring across more than one country
Experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms
Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows
Practicalities
Work mode: 3-4 days at the office
