Key Responsibilities
- Drive JustPlay’s employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and values
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels
- Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives
- Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a passion for building brands that resonate
- Experience running campaigns across social media, careers pages, and employer branding channels
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment is a plus
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
