Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging channels ( Expert in a specific channel preferred )
- Build structured testing framework
- Work closely with creative teams to identify, test, and scale winning concepts
- Analyze performance across the full funnel
- Identify scaling opportunities and fix bottlenecks
- Test new channels, partners, and growth initiatives
- Align UA strategy with product and business goals
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing / UA (mobile preferred)
- Experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of:Attribution (SKAN, MMPs, postbacks)
- Funnel metrics & cohort analysis
- Incrementality vs correlation
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, not just manage them
- Creative mindset understands what makes ads work
- High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and structured thinking
Eligibility Criteria
Open to qualified candidates with experience in performance marketing, supporting visa applicants.
