- Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or
- Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective
- Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
- IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
- Good time management
- A current valid driving licence
